2015 – 2024
During this period, all 9 rooms, including the bathrooms, were completely renovated and all floors in the entire building, including the stairwells, were replaced. The stairwells were also redesigned.

The breakfast room was extended and refurnished. The rental for campers was also launched. A bicycle room including drying room and ski room was built. In addition, an electric charging station was purchased and a 22 kW photovoltaic system was installed in the Bäderweg for the private house and the business, and all exterior lighting systems were replaced with more energy-efficient ones.
