We focus on lovingly prepared regional products from the surrounding Slow Food farms and producers, because freshness and quality are important to us.

What you can expect
- Freshly baked bread and rolls: Fragrant rolls, hearty wholemeal bread and delicate croissants, all straight from our local bakery - you'll taste the difference!
- Sausage and cheese specialties: Lovingly selected by the local butcher's Heitzmann and neighboring farms such as Schneider Lexhof and Kärntnermilch - here you can get sausage and cheese variations that bring the south to life on your plate.
- Warm delicacies: Freshly prepared for you - creamy scrambled or fried eggs / omelette from free-range Hansbauer in Seeboden, crispy bacon. That sounds tempting, doesn't it?
- Fresh fruit: From juicy apples and aromatic berries to the best melons. Every bite brings the taste of Carinthia to your plate.
- Yogurt, quark and muesli: Homemade yoghurt and quark, various fruit creams, chocolate mousse, Bircher muesli, salmon or tomato mozzarella from regional dairies, plus crunchy muesli, nuts and seeds - perfect for a light and healthy start to the day.
- Juices and hot drinks: Freshly squeezed juices from the Apo in Obermillstatt made from regional fruit, fragrant coffee and a selection of teas including Irschener herbal tea, the special highlight made from local herbs - just what you need for a relaxing morning.
- Sweet temptations: Homemade jams, fine honey and other spreads - directly from the producers and lots of homemade products, lovingly made by hand. A treat that rounds off your breakfast perfectly.
